자전거 트레일러 inStep 12-QE104 당근에서 헐찍하게 장만하다

 

자전거를 바꾸려고 하니

자전거를 미니벨로나 접이식 자전거로 바꾸려고 고민하다 보니

짐가방을 어떻게 하나 고민하던 차에

당근에서 아주 헐찍한 2만 원에 올라오길래

얼른 인터넷으로 간략하게 조사해보니 20만 원 정도 하는 물건인 것 같다

그래서 바로 구매하겠다 하고 자전거로 달려갔다

처음으로 자전거 뒤에 매달려고 하니 볼트 크기가 맞지 않아 고정할 수가 없다

그래서 일단 짐받이 위에 고무줄로 묶고 왔다

 

 

 

 

고정하는 부분에 대한 개선책이 필요하다

자전거가 가끔 넘어지는 경우가 생기는데

이럴 경우에도 문제가 없어야 한다.

현재의 뒷바퀴 축 나사 부분에 리지드 연결은 안 좋은 방법 같다

짐받이에 고무로 연결하는 것이 더 좋을 듯싶다

 

 

 

 

 

그런데 문제는 트레일러가 수평이 안되고 뒤로 벌렁 넘어진다

따로 좋은 방법을 연구해 내야 한다.

 

 

 

 

 

자전거에 고정하는 부분만 잘 만들어 놓으면

쓸만한 것 같다

오늘 대충 짐받이에 고무로 묶고 왔는데도

별 이상 없이 잘 왔다

물론 무게가 더 많아진다면 어떻게 변할지 모르겠지만

 

 

 

 

그리고 미니벨로 접이식 자전거에 달고 갈 때는

또 달라지겠지

아무래도 뒤에 고정하는 부분의 높이가 달라지니까

 

 

 

 

 

 

정확한 스펙을 알고 싶어서

인터넷에 검색을 자세하가 해보니

Walmart에서 현재 $160.13에 팔고 있다

It's been good for us for the last year of use.

a pretty sturdy bike trailer for us. It's pretty easy to attach and detach from the bike and it pulls pretty smoothly. We've used it to haul our kids and sometimes the occasional pizza and other random load of something or other across town when we didn't want to use the car. It's kind of handy for small trips like that.

Tire Issues!

While the trailer itself was easy to set up and install out of the box, we have had it less than two weeks and are on our third inner tube for the same tire. We only ride on sidewalks and a paved greenway around town, so you would think it would be able to handle the bumps associated with this. The trailer also came with a small tear in the back of the covering by where it attaches to the frame at the bottom which while it won't affect functionality at the moment, if it rips further it could cause the whole cover to be rendered useless. It took a few days longer than was suggested to arrive. I really enjoy this trailer WHEN IT IS IN WORKING ORDER but having to deal with the aggravation of the tires is getting pretty irritating, especially when I have to search multiple walmarts to find the 16" inner tube required. The overall quality of this product is reflected in the price. Cheaply made. lesson learned- you get what you pay for, and be sure to inspect tires frequently during your rides.
